At Rare Blings, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to love every piece you purchase. If, however, you need assistance with a return or refund, please review our policy below.
Returns
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with all tags, invoices, and certificates (if any).
Pricing & Listing Errors
- In rare cases, products may be listed at incorrect prices or with incorrect details due to human error, system updates, or during testing and maintenance activities.
- Rare Blings reserves the full right to cancel such orders and provide a refund, even after the order has been confirmed.
- In such cases, the refund amount will be limited to the exact amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Customers will be informed accordingly, and no additional claims, compensations, or replacements will be applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized/personalised jewellery are non-returnable.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage after use, or tampering will not be accepted.
Return Process

• Order ID
• Clear images/videos of the product
• Description of the issue
2. Once approved, we will share return instructions.
3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
• After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the case.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Rare Blings only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable only for approved cases.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
